3 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson (hamstring) is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's contest against the Reds. This will be Donaldson's fifth missed game as he deals with a tight hamstring, though it's unclear if he'll require a trip to the injured list. The veteran slugger owns a solid .837 OPS and quality of contact metrics to back it up but, the injuries have been frustrating, to say the least. Luis Arraez will draw another start at third base and bat cleanup for Minnesota against Reds starter Luis Castillo. Arraez doesn't have much thump in his bat, though he has collected a hit in 14 of his last 16 games.--Tim Capurso
