3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Kolby Allard pitched fairly well during Wednesday's 2-1 defeat to the Los Angeles Angels. He tossed six innings, six hits allowed, two earned runs, three walks, and one strikeout. Allard wasn't missing bats, but at least he was able to escape most of the jams he was in. He'll carry a 5.07 ERA and 1.21 WHIP into his next outing against the Seattle Mariners. That won't exactly be a favorable streaming situation for Allard. He pitched well here, but don't count on it to happen frequently.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
