Triston McKenzie Strikes Out Five Tuesday
3 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Triston McKenzie threw six innings of two-run ball while allowing four hits, one walk, and striking out five in a 4-3 loss to the Oakland Athletics Tuesday night. It was another solid outing for McKenzie as he has now walked just seven batters in his six starts since returning to the rotation on July 9th while also allowing three earned runs or less in four of those six starts. He is improving as fantasy managers had hoped and has a solid matchup Sunday against the Detroit Tigers who are currently striking out the third most in baseball over the previous 10 days.
