3 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook remains primed to be one of the first players taken off fantasy football boards as the 2021 season draws near. But don't expect to catch any glimpses of Cook during the preseason as the coaching staff has to be smart with their dynamic runner. The 26-year-old dealt with injuries his first two seasons and his health will be paramount to the Vikings success this season.
