3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Mike Foltynewicz has been pitching well as of late and continued that on Thursday. He went seven innings, six hits, three earned runs, and six strikeouts in the 3-1 loss. Foltynewicz pitched well despite giving up two home runs in this contest. He was able to keep the Mariners offense in check, but Texas didn't bring much to the plate themselves. Foltynewicz will carry a 5.66 ERA into a rematch versus the Mariners next Wednesday. He has been pitching better lately, but isn't reliable enough to be a streaming option.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
