3 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Kristian Wilkerson made the most of his chances during Thursday's preseason opener. The 24-year-old hauled in six receptions for 39 yards in the 22-13 win over the Washington Football Team. Wilkerson is buried on the depth chart, but this kind of performance certainly helps his status on the team. Although, the Patriots added plenty of depth at receiver this offseason. It would take an impressive preseason and a few injuries for Wilkerson to have a legitimate role in this offense.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
