Ryan Blaney Possibly Worth a Look at Indianapolis
3 years agoThe Team Penske driver could have some place-differential possibilities this weekend at Indianapolis. Again, this hinges on where he qualifies for Sunday's race at the Brickyard. The Verizon 200 is just 82-laps long but also is a course that Blaney may be a bit familiar with. It is a hybrid ROVAL course that Blaney has had some success (fifth last year at Charlotte). The Team Penske driver definitely has a little bit of intrigue on his side even though some of his road results have been lackluster (14th at Watkins Glen, 20th at Road America). Blaney could be at least one to look toward on Sunday but again there is a risk.
