Alex Bowman a Risk and Reward Scenario at Indianapolis
3 years agoAlex Bowman did pull off a tenth place finish at Daytona in February but the last two road races have been less than stellar. The Hendricks Motorsports Racing driver has a 22nd and then a 20th last week at Watkins Glen. His No. 48 car just did not perform well late in the race and the package this week carries much concern. Bowman also has three wins and is well entrenched into The Chase, it would seem. His priority is almost more to keep the car in one piece. Bowman is one of the better road finishers though with an average result of 11.2 the last three seasons but again no wins. He has risk on this hybrid road course but also has rewards.
