Jesse Winker Exits Early Sunday
3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. He was replaced by Aristides Aquino in the field to begin the bottom of the third inning. Before his departure, Winker was 0-for-2 in two plate appearances. The reason for his exit is unknown at this time. Winker has had an excellent year at the plate, slashing .307/.395/.560 with 24 HRs, 71 RBI, and 77 runs in the middle of the Reds lineup. Hopefully, there is no serious injury, as he's been one of the best fantasy outfielders this season. More to come.
