Mack Wilson Suffers Shoulder Strain
3 years agoCleveland Browns linebacker Mack Wilson (shoulder) is listed as day-to-day. An MRI confirmed that the 23-year-old suffered a Grade 1 sprain of the AC joint in his shoulder, and it came during Saturday's preseason encounter with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wilson took to Twitter to report that he was "good," although he could miss some time moving ahead. A 2019 fifth-round pick out of Alabama, Wilson had a solid rookie season. However, after dealing with knee and hip injuries during the 2020-21 campaign, he finished with 39 total tackles, 43 less than he had during his inaugural year. Nonetheless, managers needing an IDP option should keep him in mind, especially since he has an obvious upside and should see the field plenty this coming season.
