3 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Amari Rodgers' professional debut came with a pair of receptions; plus a pair of special teams mistakes. The talented speedster muffed two punts in the team's preseason opener, fumbling one of them right on the goal line barely avoiding a disastrous mistake. The second fumble came when he got caught in-between on a fair catch and mishandled the punt. Rodgers is well behind the depth chart among wide receivers on the team and will have to earn his way up but the Packers were hoping he could contribute immediately on special teams. The rookie cannot afford many more mistakes on punt returns if he wants to keep the job moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
