Myles Gaskin Could Be Stuck In Three-Back Committee
3 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin could have trouble finding the same success that he did in 2020. Last season, Gaskin seemingly came out of nowhere and ran away with the lead back job. A year later, the Dolphins added Malcolm Brown who started in the team's first preseason game. The Dolphins also have Salvon Ahmed who looked fairly decent in the matchup with the Chicago Bears last Saturday. Head coach Brian Flores mentioned that the team plans on using a three-back committee. Gaskin does have upside in the receiving game, but this news certainly hurts his value. He was a solid RB2 in PPR formats as the lead back last season. Now, he could fall into fringe flex territory if he's forced to share carries with two other backs.
