Erick Fedde Takes Fifth Win
3 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Erick Fedde earned his fifth win of the season Tuesday, holding the Toronto Blue Jays to three runs on five hits and three walks in five innings. He struck out four batters. It wasn't the prettiest of outings, but the Nationals lineup scored enough runs that it didn't matter in a 12-6 victory. Fedde has a 5.49 ERA over four August starts, and on a team that isn't likely to get many more wins, that leaves him with very little to offer fantasy managers.
