3 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Andy Ibanez has not been a reliable option with the bat this season. However, he was able to provide some help during Tuesday's contest. Ibanez went 2-for-3 with a solo home run off lefty Tyler Anderson in the third inning. That would put the Rangers on the board, but sadly that was the last time they scored. His teammates could not pick up the slack and the Rangers dropped this one 3-1 on Tuesday. Despite Ibanez home run, he is slashing .211/.256/.348 in 52 games with Texas. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore him going forward.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
