3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Kyle Gibson allowed three runs on seven hits to take the loss versus the Diamondbacks on Tuesday. Gibson started out hot with the Phillies but has now lost back-to-back starts versus NL West opponents. On the season, he's got a solid 3.18 ERA, his 4.31 xFIP and 4.60 SIERA, however, implies he's been a bit lucky in the ERA department. Gibson is a start-worthy pitcher in fantasy when he has a good matchup, but it would be risky to roll him out versus a good Padres lineup on Sunday.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
