3 years agoChicago White Sox reliever Liam Hendriks will not pitch Thursday against the Oakland Athletics, according to manager Tony La Russa. Hendriks threw 23 pitches in 1.2 innings the day before and is getting the day off. Expect Craig Kimbrel to pitch if a save situation arises. Hendriks is having another fantastic year out of the bullpen, with 28 saves, a 3.25 ERA, and a 43.3 K% across 52.2 innings.
