Dyami Brown Proving To Be Dangerous Deep Threat
3 years agoIn preseason action against the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Football Team wide receiver Dyami Brown showed some flashes of what we can expect from the rookie this season. Brown finished with two receptions for 33 yards, one of which was a deep ball that gained 29 yards on the play. The former North Carolina standout has been showing flashes of his speed and ability to catch deep passes all throughout training camp practices, so it was encouraging to see him replicate it in some game action. Although he seems to have built a rapport with quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, the rookie will be challenged for targets by Terry McLaurin, Logan Thomas, Curtis Samuel, and Adam Humphries when the regular season begins. For now, he should be off the radar in redraft leagues but is worth a roster spot in dynasty formats. If something were to happen to one of the Washington receivers, Brown could be worth an addition from the waiver wire in redraft leagues.
