3 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon got some work on Friday night during the preseason loss to the Washington Football Team. Although the former Oklahoma Sooner didn't do much, racking up only four yards on two attempts while pulling in a catch for eight yards, it was still a welcome sight, especially after he missed most of last season with a foot injury. With the departure of Giovani Bernard, Mixon should not only serve as the workhorse by getting most of the carries this season, but he may also get some more looks from Joe Burrow as a bonafide pass-catcher. While his inadequate fantasy production and ailments throughout the years haven't done much to instill confidence in anyone, the 25-year-old could surprise doubters, primarily if he can stay healthy.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
