Freddy Peralta Plays Catch Sunday
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta (shoulder) played catch on Sunday, according to Adam McCalvy of MLB.com. After landing on the 10-day injured list with right shoulder inflammation on August 19, manager Craig Counsel has said that he's hoping it'll be a minimum stay on the IL. Peralta has been a big part of the Brewers rotation success, posting a 2.45 ERA with a 34.0 K% and a 10.6 BB% over 22 starts. He has been one of the best starting options in fantasy, contributing in ERA and has been one of the premier strikeout pitchers this season. Once he returns, he should continue to be a must-start.
