3 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey will be "very, very limited" during Friday's preseason finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to head coach Matt Rhule. "He's going to take a lot of hits during the season, more than anyone else out there on the field. We'll save those hits for the season," added Rhule when asked about the superstar's status for the final exhibition game before the Week 1 showdown against the New York Jets. McCaffrey has a lot of managers nervous heading into the 2021-22 campaign, especially those who have the No. 1 overall pick in upcoming fantasy drafts. He missed 13 games last season because of ankle and shoulder issues. However, he has been the undisputed king of fantasy production over the previous few seasons based on his ability to rack up yardage in various ways. This reign should continue if he stays at 100 percent moving ahead.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
