Lucas Giolito Pitches Well In No-Decision On Wednesday
3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lucas Giolito put together another nice performance in Wednesday's no-decision versus the Toronto Blue Jays. The right-hander earned a quality start and allowed five hits, one run, one walk and struck out six over six innings. His lone run allowed came in the bottom of the fourth inning when Corey Dickerson hit a RBI triple. Giolito has been having a really strong second half of the season for the Pale Hose and is 9-9 with a 3.68 ERA. Next up for Giolito will be a date against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday in a very favorable matchup. Managers should continue to roll with Giolito in his remaining starts.
