3 years agoNew York Jets running back Josh Adams has been a forgotten man during the preseason and in training camp. Despite that, he made a strong impression on the team during Friday's preseason finale against the Philadelphia Eagles. He rushed 12 times for 62 yards and hauled in three receptions for 17 yards through the air. Those 62 yards on the ground was a team-high in this contest. However, Adams is currently listed as the No. 5 back on the roster. The Jets plan to use a running back committee to begin the season. It's uncertain which players are going to be involved in that. Regardless, it's unlikely Adams has any fantasy value heading into the season despite a decent showing here.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
