Rodriguez did just that, earning a unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 28-29) over veteran Kevin Lee. Statistically, Rodriguez held a dominant edge, landing 120 significant strikes (137 total strikes) in 15 minutes of action against the former title challenger. This gives the 34-year-old his third straight win and gives him a 6-1 record inside the Octagon. Now is the time for Rodriguez to make his push to the top.
