Dustin Hopkins Makes One Field Goal In Preseason Finale
3 years agoWashington Football Team kicker Dustin Hopkins made a 48-yard field goal in Saturday's preseason finale. The Washington offense struggled in the 37-3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, so the 30-year old was only able to attempt two field goals. He was unable to convert a 55-yarder, however, head coach Ron Rivera said he had no concerns with the miss. Through his six NFL seasons, Hopkins has made 83.9% of his field goals and 94.9% of his extra points, which is right around the league average. Washington should have an improved offense from last season, but there still figures to be some better options at the kicker position for fantasy manager. Having said that, Hopkins can still be a viable streaming option to fill in for bye weeks.
