Marcus Stroman With Another Quality Start
3 years agoNew York Mets pitcher Marcus Stroman posted another quality start on Saturday, going six strong innings in the Mets 5-3 win over the Washington Nationals. Stroman allowed just two earned runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out five. Stroman did not factor into the decision but recorded his 14th quality start of the season, and third quality start in as many games. It was another great performance from Stroman who now owns a 2.85 ERA, a 1.12 WHIP, and 134 strikeouts in 151 1/3 innings pitched over 27 starts. Stroman should continue to help fantasy owners with excellent ratios, a decent number of strikeouts and quality starts through the remainder of the 2021 campaign. Fantasy managers should continue to start Stroman with confidence.
