3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Bailey Ober earned his second win of the season against the Tigers Monday. Ober pitched six innings, allowing two runs on five hits while walking zero batters. The right-hander generated 11 whiffs, seven of them on his fastball. Ober has pitched very well over his last 10 starts, as he's recorded a 3.06 ERA in 50 innings with 45 hits allowed and a 51:11 strikeout-to-walk ratio. The 26-year-old does only have two wins to show for his efforts- though his 25.3 percent strikeout rate can certainly help fantasy managers in need of punchouts in category formats.--Tim Capurso
