3 years agoNew York Yankees first baseman Anthony Rizzo has been swinging the bat well over his last five contests. Rizzo is 6-for-18 with five runs scored, two doubles, and two RBI in that span, a welcome stretch after he labored through a 1-for-18 slump that dates back to his initial return from the COVID-19 injured list. The former Cub still possesses some favorable Statcast metrics, so perhaps his recent success has been helped by some better batted-ball luck, a sentiment that his .429 BABIP since August 26 would support. Rizzo should find his way back into fantasy managers' lineups wherever he was benched.--Tim Capurso
