Connor Joe Reaches Three Times In Win
3 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Connor Joe went 2-for-4 with a double, a run scored, and a strikeout in a 9-5 win over the Texas Rangers on Wednesday. Joe got the job done as the Rockies table-setter on Wednesday, collecting two hits and reaching base with a walk. The upstart 29-year-old is making the most of his opportunity with the Rockies this year and is now slashing .287/.380/.477 with eight home runs, 34 RBI, and 22 runs scored over 174 at-bats. Even with Raimel Tapia returning to the lineup--he went 0-for-5 on Wednesday--Joe has retained his position atop the batting order and will continue to be a fantasy-relevant asset as long as he remains there.
