Marquise Brown Back At Practice
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Marquise Brown (hamstring) was back at practice on Wednesday after being sidelined for the past four weeks. Baltimore will be without Rashod Bateman to open the season, so Brown's early-season outlook is a bit better without him in the lineup. He figures to be one of Lamar Jackson's favorite targets along with Mark Andrews, so the former Oklahoma Sooner could be in for some strong showings early on. Sammy Watkins figures to cut into Brown's volume in an already low-volume passing attack, so the 24-year-old is best valued as a WR4-5. The speedy wideout finished with six receiving touchdowns in the final six games of the 2020 regular season, so there is the possibility he can continue to find success and be a reliable fantasy option. For now, fantasy managers should leave him out of their starting lineup until his usage is a little more clear.
