3 years agoSafety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is returning to the open market after not agreeing to join the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad. Clinton-Dix has served primarily as a starter throughout his six-year NFL career, most of which has come as a member of the Packers. The move to become a free agent seems shrewd, as he started all 16 games for the Bears as recently as 2019, logging 78 tackles to go along with two interceptions and two fumble recoveries. With an increased game schedule across the league this season, it appears likely that more players will be needed than ever, and Clinton-Dix boasts an impressive resume for any team in search of secondary help once the '21 year gets underway.--Jesse Borek
