3 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Starling Marte (head) has been removed from Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays. The veteran outfielder was hit in the head by a pitch, but was able to stay in and run the bases. However, Marte was pulled from the game after that and likely placed into concussion protocol. Skye Bolt came in as a defensive replacement in the contest. Fantasy managers could be without Marte for a few games, but more information should be known after the contest.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
