3 years agoBaltimore Orioles middle infielder/outfielder Jorge Mateo went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk, and a strikeout in Friday's 4-3 extra-innings loss to the Yankees. The seventh-inning homer tied the game and was Mateo's fourth of the season. The 26-year-old now has a .262/.307/.411 slash line on the season and has done very well since joining the O's in the beginning of August. His recent display of average, speed, and some pop makes him an interesting option in deeper roto leagues at this time.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
