3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Matt Peacock has been optioned to the minors on Saturday. The 27-year-old wasn't pitching bad in the MLB, but it sounds like Arizona wanted a fresh arm. They recalled right-hander Humberto Castellanos for Saturday's game against the Seattle Mariners. Peacock posted a 4.90 ERA and 1.56 WHIP over 86 1/3 innings with the Diamondbacks this season. He tossed a scoreless inning on Friday before being optioned here. There isn't fantasy value with Peacock, but he could be a bullpen piece for the Diamondbacks down the road.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
