3 years agoNew York Giants tight end Kaden Smith (undisclosed) didn't practice with the rest of the team on Monday. Instead, he remained on the sidelines. It's unknown why the 24-year-old wasn't a participant, but it certainly isn't good news, primarily with Evan Engram (calf) unlikely to play in Week 1. Nonetheless, Smith's status should be updated ahead of the opener against the Denver Broncos.
