Kyle Lewis Out For Remainder Of The Season
3 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Kyle Lewis (knee) will miss the remainder of the 2021 season, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reported Tuesday. The 2020 AL Rookie of the Year underwent knee surgery in June to repair a torn meniscus and is now suffering from a bone bruise in his injured right knee. It's a harsh fate for Lewis, who only played in 36 games this season and hit .246/.333/.392 with five home runs, 11 RBI, two stolen bases, and 15 runs scored on 32 hits. Fantasy managers can safely move on from Lewis as he tries to get healthy for 2022.
