3 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Brandon Lowe isn't starting Tuesday's game against the Boston Red Sox. He will sit for a second straight game with left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez on the mound Tuesday. The 27-year-old is hitting only .181 with a .617 OPS across 160 plate appearances against lefties this year. Joey Wendle will shift to the keystone while Jordan Luplow gets the starting nod at first base. Luplow owns a .508 slugging percentage and an .837 OPS against southpaws this season.
