3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers defensive back Jordan Whitehead (hamstring) will not play in the regular-season opener against the Dallas Cowboys. He was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list during training camp but suffered a hamstring injury after clearing NFL protocols. His next chance to return will be Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons. The 24-year-old racked up 74 tackles (53 solos), two sacks, two interceptions, and one forced fumble over 16 games in 2020.
