Dyami Brown “A Big Play Waiting To Happen”
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Dyami Brown continues to generate buzz from the coaching staff and his teammates ahead of the season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers. The former North Carolina standout was described as a "big play waiting to happen," according to head coach Ron Rivera. With Curtis Samuel (groin) still not 100% healthy, there may be a significant role for Brown to play in Week 1 if Samuel were to be inactive. The 21-year-old would compete for targets with Terry McLaurin, Logan Thomas, and Adam Humphries, so he shouldn't be inserted into any fantasy lineups just yet. It would be best to take a wait-and-see approach with the rookie to further understand the type of role he will play in the Washington offense. As of now, he can be stashed in deep redraft leagues and has the look of a solid dynasty asset.
