3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton isn't starting Thursday's game against the Cleveland Guardians. He will get the day off after going 0-for-9 with four strikeouts over his last two contests. The 27-year-old is slashing .122/.157/.224 with one home run, two RBI, and 16 strikeouts over 51 plate appearances since returning from the injured list on August 27. Nick Gordon is batting seventh and will handle center field duties while Buxton is off. Gordon is hitting .385 (5-for-13) with three RBI and a stolen base over his last four games and can be used as a streamer in deep-league formats.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
