Keelan Cole Banged Up For Opener
3 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Keelan Cole (knee) is listed as questionable for their Week 1 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The Jets are already going to be without veteran wideout Jamison Crowder due to COVID-19. Now, Cole will need to have his status monitored up to kickoff. Right now, Corey Davis and Elijah Moore are looking at significantly more playing time. Denzel Mims would see himself on the field more as well, assuming Cole is out. Although, Davis and Moore are the only reliable options out of the three. Cole is coming off a season where he had 55 receptions for 642 yards and a career-high five touchdowns. He is more of an option in deeper formats for Week 1, but it's uncertain if he'll even suit up.
