Francisco Lindor Belts 14th Homer On Friday
3 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two walks, and two runs scored in the Mets 10-3 win over the Yankees on Friday night. Lindor has had a disappointing 2021 campaign overall. After starting to heat up at the plate, he has again cooled off. Hopefully, Friday's performance can get him back on track for the last few weeks of the 2021 campaign. Lindor is hitting .224/.318/.384 with 14 home runs, 14 doubles, 47 RBI, 61 runs scored, and 10 stolen bases in 2021. These numbers are a far cry from the numbers he posted in his All-Star campaigns with the Cleveland Indians. Notwithstanding, Lindor should remain active in all formats through the remainder of the 2021 campaign. Given his bust season, it will be interesting to see where Lindor's ADP is when 2022 fantasy redraft leagues begin to draft next spring.
