3 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Joey Gallo isn't starting against the New York Mets and right-hander Taijuan Walker on Saturday. Gallo is batting .136 with a .301 on-base percentage and seven home runs in 163 plate appearances since being acquired in a trade from the Texas Rangers. The Yankees are starting Giancarlo Stanton, Brett Gardner, and Aaron Judge from left to right in the outfield against the Mets. Stanton and Judge are rostered in most leagues leaving Gardner as the only potential outfield streaming option for fantasy managers. The veteran is batting .219 with a .332 on-base percentage, seven home runs, and three stolen bases in 382 plate appearances this season.
