3 years agoSan Francisco Giants infielder Wilmer Flores (hamstring) was reinstated from the injured list Sunday morning and was immediately inserted into the lineup, playing first base and batting sixth. He has a favorable matchup against lefty Justin Steele and the Chicago Cubs. Flores has slugged 17 homers this year in 349 at-bats and figures to see playing time against left-handed pitching going forward.
