Pavin Smith Out Of Monday's Lineup
3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks first baseman Pavin Smith is sitting for the second consecutive game Monday against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Smith hasn't put up great numbers this season, posting a .267/.323/.404 slash line with 10 HRs in 128 games. He can be left on the wire in most leagues but is a possible streaming option when he faces right-handers, who he has a .779 OPS against this year. Christian Walker will play first for the second game in a row. He's lost almost all of his fantasy value, though, as he owns an ugly .663 OPS with just seven home runs in 97 games. Fantasy managers are better off looking elsewhere for a first baseman.
