3 years agoWashington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas has the look of a solid starting option for fantasy managers in Week 2 against the New York Giants, who just gave up 10 catches for 85 yards and a touchdown to the Denver Broncos tight ends in their season opener. Thomas caught all three of his targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Week 1, so he salvaged a potentially poor performance with a touchdown. The volume that Thomas got in the season opener was a bit concerning, but his red-zone presence could once again make up for a low yardage total in Week 2. The 30-year-old will remain a mid-range TE1 with Taylor Heinicke under center, as he is potentially the second-option in the passing game behind Terry McLaurin. Thomas is a set-and-forget type of player because of the extremely thin tight end position.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
