3 years agoDetroit Tigers catcher/outfielder Eric Haase is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers, according to MLB.com. Haase has been a nice addition to the Tigers offense this season, slashing .233/.287/.482 with 21 HRs, 55 RBI, 44 runs, and two stolen bases over 85 games. Backup Dustin Garneau will do the catching duties in his place and bat eighth. In just 11 games this season, he's hitting .265 with three home runs and is slugging .647. Fantasy managers shouldn't look too deep into his numbers in such a small sample size and are better off looking for another catching option with Brandon Woodruff on the mound for the Brewers.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
