3 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman isn't starting Wednesday's game against the Texas Rangers and right-hander Kohei Arihara. Bregman is hitting .297 with a .375 on-base percentage, 10 home runs, and a stolen base in 331 plate appearances this season. He'll head to the bench with Marwin Gonzalez starting in his place at third and batting seventh. In 278 plate appearances this season, Gonzalez is hitting .201 with a .278 on-base percentage, three home runs, and three stolen bases.
