3 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo (hamstring) returned from the injured list on Friday and went 1-for-5 with a run scored in the Mets 4-3 loss to the Phillies. Nimmo had last played on September 4, so his stint on the IL was relatively short. Nimmo has been one of the few consistent hitters for the Mets in 2021, slashing .300/.417/.411 with five home runs, 23 RBI, 43 runs scored, 15 doubles, and five stolen bases over 78 games. Nimmo remains valuable in all formats, particularly in leagues that have on-base percentage as a scoring category, for his solid help with ratios, as well as runs scored.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
