Kirk Cousins Tosses Three TDs In Week 2 Loss
3 years agoMinnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins was on the losing end of a thrilling 34-33 Cardinals victory in Week 2. Cousins completed 22 of 32 passes for 244 yards, three touchdowns and 35 rushing yards but came up short as the Vikings fell to 0-2. The veteran got the Vikings off to a quick start, tossing a 64-yard touchdown to wide receiver K.J. Osborn on the first drive. He would connect with Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson for touchdowns but failed to score any points in the fourth quarter. Cousins is an elite QB2 in two-quarterback formats moving forward, but he is not quite a top-12 play just yet in standard formats.
