Clyde Edwards-Helaire Has Costly Fumble In Week 2 Loss
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire put together another underwhelming performance in a Week 2 loss versus the Baltimore Ravens. The sophomore running back rushed the ball 13 times for 46 yards and came up with a costly fumble near the end of the fourth quarter that ended any chance of a Chiefs comeback and secured a Ravens victory. With the Chiefs operating a pass heavy offense, CEH has to make the most of his opportunities to provide value to managers and he has struggled to do that thus far with just 89 yards on 27 carries this season. As part of an explosive offense, Edwards-Helaire is still valuable, but managers shouldn't expect much consistency out of him at the moment with Patrick Mahomes and the passing game being the prime focus of the offense. Edwards-Helaire will look for better results and his first touchdown in Week 3 versus the division rival Los Angeles Chargers.
